Each person may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

Deposits and Withdrawals

Financial transactions on bet apps are fully secure and conducted through encrypted connections. Designated payment methods must be used for deposits and withdrawals on the platform.

5.1 Deposit Rules

Accepted methods for depositing on bet apps are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including major banks such as Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank). The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳100.

Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name.

For example: on a ৳1,000 deposit receiving a ৳1,000 bonus, the total balance will be ৳2,000, and to withdraw the bonus, bets worth ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000 must be placed.

6.2 General Bonus Terms

Each bonus offer may be received only once per account.
Bonus funds may not be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are met.
A maximum bet limit may apply when using a bonus.
If an attempt is made to claim a bonus through fraudulent means, the account will be closed.
bet apps reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.

6.3 Weekly and Special Promotions

bet apps regularly provides various promotional offers — including weekly rewards, weekend offers, cricket event bonuses, birthday gifts, and referral rewards. Each promotion has a specific validity period, minimum deposit, and wagering requirements, which are communicated at the time the offer is announced.

Betting and Gaming Rules

The rules below must be strictly followed when placing bets and playing games on bet apps. Each game or betting category may have its own rules, which are detailed on that game or category's page.

7.1 Sports Betting

Bet outcomes will be determined after the event concludes, in accordance with the specified rules.
If an event is postponed or cancelled, bet apps will settle bets in accordance with the specified rules.
Published odds may change. The odds at the time the bet is confirmed are final.
bet apps reserves the right to cancel bets accepted at clearly incorrect odds due to a system error.

7.2 Casino Games

The RTP (Return to Player) information for each game is based on data provided by the game provider.
If the internet connection is lost during a game, the game will continue from where it left off once the session is restored.
Jackpot wins may be subject to a verification process, and the account will be verified before funds are paid out.

7.3 Live Casino

In live casino games, the dealer's decisions and game results are final. If a round is incomplete due to a technical issue, the bets for that round will be cancelled and refunded. Game operation rules are governed by the rules of Evolution, Pragmatic Play Live, or other respective live game providers.

Prohibited Activities
